The problem is with the fit. You can only use it in a forward motion. It slips when bringing the iron back or sideways.

Let's say it does the job. It helps to iron sensitive material. The only slight negative remark I have is that since it is plastic, it can create sharp edges, which in turn strain your shirts. This defeats the purpose.
