These are Very easy to take off and reposition - even inside fabric sneakers! Each support says if it is for the Left or Right! These stay in place!! These can be removed and replaced. These can be rinsed off and remain just as sticky as if new! I love these. They are my new GO TO for arch supports in all my shoes! I haven’t tried them in my heeled pumps yet.
