I've been using the 5% for a while, now just moving on to the 10% I noticed changes within a few days. Since using my face has become, and stays, smooth, properly exfoliated (people with acne often don't slough dead skin evenly, contributing to the problem) and it is definitely minimizing lines and scars :) I highly recommend this cream.
