All Zippers broke off like twigs
straight to the trash 1 week after buying, awful quality control on this product/manufacturer. do not let a nice listing fool you. all the zippers broke off when trying to open/seal the backpack in a normal fashion. stitching on the shoulder strap started coming off, don't take your chances. i want my money back.
