Complete as Described, great book to read.

initiallyI reviewed after reading halfway that it's unnecessarily elaborated with no real connection with the real plot of the story and the way of writing is not impressive. But then it takes to a very interesting level with many radical events with the content of Hitler’s actions in Germany during World War II . Worth reading.

I loved every moment of reading it and I loved the writers way with words. Sometimes the sentence or phrase or page or part or whatever was so enjoyable I read it again and again before continuing. I decided to buy this book after I watched a tiny bit of the movie which was a bad idea since I knew a big spoiler but I still loved reading it.

Couldn’t stop reading it so finished in few days. It’s been a while since I came across such a good written novel

I'm a young but avid reader with interest in diverse genres and themes. The book thief was my first historical fiction. And I can't, but just admire the work of Markus, the author. It is one of those rare books which has had me on standstill and relish the style at the same time. A great piece of fiction and a genre-defining genius. Highly recommended for a long and philosophical journey.
