Quality Control? None at all....!
Come on guys, all you needed to do is put 20 of the same lug nuts into one box. How hard can it be? Well, apparently for ZY Wheel, it's really, really hard. A trained chimpanzee can do this level of work but actual humans apparently can't...???? Sad, really, really sad....On a brighter note I got to spend spend half my Saturday driving to the Toyota dealer, a trip I had planned to avoid, spending $$$ in gas, sitting in traffic, all this fun just to buy one lug nut, and because ZY Wheel can't even package 20 lug nuts correctly.Any potential savings I'd tried to realize by purchasing though Amazon was far exceeded & wiped clean. This purchase COST ME MONEY!

Absolutely dangerous.
Not worth the small savings to put yourself and everyone around you in danger, the threads are absolutely horrible the difference between the 17 year old oem lugs is very noticeable.I felt my truck pulling to one side while driving, upon inspection I noticed one of my wheel studs had sheared from the excess play in these cheap lug nuts, now I have to replace at least one whole set of wheel studs, the pictures say it all I am am aviation mechanic and installed these to oem torque specs and I'm telling you the price is not worth the risk when it comes to something that holds the wheels of your car.Fortunately I have a spare vehicle while I wait for a good quality replacement and a set of wheel studs. Do not put yourself or anybody else on the road at risk to save a few bucks. These are going back asap.

They fit, but will rust rather quickly
I thought I was getting a heck of a good deal, fair price far below what Toyota charges for mag wheel lugs with the washer attached. Arrived in adequate packaging in a timely manner. All appeared to be fairly consistent with shape and feel and looked very good after I popped them on. I was actually going to write a five star review, but 30 days after putting them on I noticed rust forming on 1 or 2 then at 45 it was 10 of them while a few more are showing the starting signs of rust issues. I was careful not to scratch of drop them while installing them on the car, and wish I had spent a few more dollars picking up a higher quality lug set for my car. One of the local shops had a few sets for 65-95$. I do live in the DC,Md,Va area so they do salt roads heavily during snow events and that could only be the other contributing factor that I can think of.The good:Fairly inexpensive, fit perfectly fineThe bad:multiple lugs are now rusting for no obvious reason other than bad manufacturing.

Lug nuts, work, but finish is questionable
So they arrived in a broken bulk packaged box, inside of a larger box. Every one of them chipped, marred or scratched to some degree. Yes, I have no doubt they will work and do their job as lug nuts, great! But I expect everyone of them to be heavily rusted and corroded after this first winter.Cost was not too bad, so I can just throw them out next year and replace them, hopefully with ones that can retain their appearance at least one season, and be packaged properly or as advertised.

Buy these instead of from a dealership
Dealership wanted to charge me Basically $6.00 per lugnut to replace on my car. As it turns out, I was able to buy these at a much more reasonable cost and replace.Although I did not need to replace all, I went ahead and did so. I was impressed with the packaging of this item. You can tell that quality control is a key issue for the manufacturer and the seller. In other words, the packaging indicated that the seller (manufacturer) has a high level of pride in the product.I have had no issues since applying to my vehicle. I have checked the lug nuts for looseness twice since applying and they are staying true.No issues to report. Item appears as it was on amazon and performs as expected. Not much more to say other than that. Thanks for saving me a hundred bucks!
