Baptism of Fire: Witcher 3 – Now a major Netflix show

Good, but not as good as the others so far.
I love the other books, but this one didn't do it for me. It felt like it was being dragged out, and I personally feel like there wasn't enough Ciri - who was clearly having a far more important and enjoyable adventure than Geralt and Co..I felt it could've had more progress. The entire book is the tale of Geralt trecking the world to get to Nilfgaard - sure, with interesting interactions, but compared to the other books it didn't feel like anything happened.I may change my mind, judging on the rest of the books.

Good but a bit slower
I read all of the other books really quickly and although the book was very good, I just found it more difficult to read. It was really slow going and not as much action in this. The characters involved are really interesting and I’m looking forward to seeing how it all turns out. Bit of a filler, I hope the next one is better.

I love the games
If it wasn't for the games and the first two books, I wouldn't be reading this. I love the games, I loved the first two books. But afterwards it just got boring. Maybe it didn't translate too well from Polish, but then like I said the first two books were really good. I'm going to keep reading because I want to know what happens, but again, if not for the games I wouldn't care. I've read books far more boring than this, and it has its moments.

Great book in a great series, with annoying cover prints at the time of my purchase
Apart from the annoying "now on Netflix" thing they've decided to print on all the books, which greatly annoys me every single time I look at them. The book is great, had to leave the book for about 6 months halfway through as I was busy studying, but still remembered the story so far and I love the insight/backstory of some of the characters you may know from the game(s) as well as their relationships.

Super captivating writing.
If you've gotten this far with the books you probably don't need a review, but this is just to let you know that they just keep getting better!
