Isn't eucalyptus bad for babies? And oils do not mix with water therefore would sit on top of the bath which is bad.

This is recommended for 3+ months due to the essential oils. You can use this in the bath, it will not have a chance to sit on the top with the movement in the tub. You can also add this into our humidifier for a cool vapor.

If put in a diffuser, does it need a carrier oil?

No, you do not need a carrier oil. Just drop this directly into the diffuser or bath. It’s not meant for direct skin application
