ShowTop Hand Crank Operated Transparent Ice Breaker with Stainless Steel Blades

Bought this to make crushed ice for cocktails. The device arrived in good condition but i could already make out that the build quality was not the best. Tested it with the ice cubes you get at Spinneys, i needed some force to crush the cubes, as the lever is a bit short and flimsy, but the result was perfect, exactly as i wanted it, small evenly chunks of ice. Unfortunately during the first use already, the small plastic handle broke apart from the lever! But as the result was so good in general, i went to the home store and bought a bolt and nut and fixed it. The next few times it worked great only a bit of rust was building up. But today it completely broke, so far that its not useable anymore. I used it maybe 6 times in total since i bought it and now the plastic bits around the metal crusher axis broke away. Without them the ice just falls through and the whole thing is not working anymore. Learning from my experience, i would not recommend to buy this crusher as i think they just used to weak materials to build it, so that it won't last long...

Bought specifically to make snow-cones for the children but the device only makes chunky ice not the finer shaved ice. Takes a firm hand to make crushed ice but does that ok for Mojitos and the like. Not what I needed though.

I disklike the product beacause it do not work at all. 100% waste of money.

I like it but it’s a little hard and you should press it from the top
