This is a 5 star product. Ive tried Naka, organika, and a few other l theanine products from other brands always ending up with headaches or gastrointestinal discomfort. This one takes the cake. Coconut oil, gelatin and beeswax capsule which is amazing and sun theanine so there are no impurities. No headaches. amazing results
