Just read it and read it slowww like give it a good 6 months.

I wasn't expected so much from this book but it has definitively a great value. Very well structured, it slowly bring you into all aspect of charisma. Exercices are sooo useful when you have something very important (meeting, interview, presentation). Summary of all chapters at the end is a very nice take-away!

Being a casual reader I do enjoyed going through it.Very good book and would suggest for readers to add in your list

I mean there are some good things in the book, but the excersises are just ridiculous (close your eyes and focus on your toe for 1 minute). Too much theory, but no a lot of practical tips that you can use in your day to day life. I would only recommend this to someone who has no social skills at all.
