This book took me just two days to read! I was so involved in the story and how it folded. The author has brilliantly manage to diagnose what a true team needs to be successful.

The book arrived defective. 17 pages of the book had extra paper along the edge. Instead of cutting the excess, the excess was folded into the book.

Gives an amazing overview of what is important in order to create better teams, not only management teams, but any team. It is super important information if you want to improve your agile teams!
