After a simple email asking the owner of Ancestral Supplements, Brian, for guidance on which supplements to start, he got right back to me and even sent a couple courtesy "check in" emails just to see how things were going. Brian is a wealth of knowledge and truly cares about peoples health. If you have questions, just ask him. He will get back to you and quickly! My sister was given the devastating diagnosis of a significant heart defect in her unborn baby at 20 weeks. It was moderate to severe fetal aortic stenosis which basically causes the the left ventricle to calcify and eventually stop functioning while in utero. When these babies are born, they typically need multiple open heart surgeries if they even survive. I was told there was not a lot anyone could do and we would just have to watch this precious baby's heart decline. It was an incredibly defeating feeling.
