This mattress is firm however it is what I was looking for. My back has never thanked me enough for purchasing this mattress. Took a few nights to get used to it, coming from a softer mattress you will feel the difference. Don't let the low price fool you, I've spent much more on mattresses that I just couldn't get comfortable sleeping on.

They sent wrong dimensions mattress and on top of it, it was poor quality, cheapy material folding mattress, I returned it back, hopefully they'll re-send the correct mattress.

It's worth the price but not exactly accurately matches with the image... the image shows medical with memory foam on top, where as the one received is medical mattress which is a bit hard.

Delivery staffs were polite and nice. Mattress was delivered on good packaging. Size is what we had expected and it’s comfortable to sleep in.

Products wise no issues till since I am using past 2 weeks. but I ordered two mattress same time, but I received one with proper size another one delivered wrong size. When I placed order to replace with proper size amazon sent estimated delivery date after 1 and half month almost.

I expected the item to be the same like in the photo but received a different one but not a big deal for me, the mattress is soft for me not like the people complaining that they received hard mattress and i received the item in good packaging no damage on the plastic wrap whatsoever.
