This set of cloth resistance bands for exercise is quite nice. After doing a lot of post surgery work with elastic resistance bands, these are much more comfortable and durable. They do not pinch your skin like the rubber ones. There is no rubber odor left behind, and adjusting them is very easy.The set came in a 3 pack, with a very nice storage bag. They are strong and provide excellent resistance with each band color providing a different resistance level. The storage of these takes only a small amount of room, as when rolled up and placed in the bag, is a size of a canned vegetable.I have used these for my recent knee, hip, and shoulder therapies after replacement and they have worked well for all three. I have tried many reistance bands, they are all either too strong or too light, these have 3 levels and they are all perfect for doing exercises with progressive overload due to the different strength levels of each band depending on the color. Very high quality too.

Been working out for so many years now and I finally started incorporating this resistance bands into my workouts and they are very effective! Really good strength to it too and comes with a mini book with some workouts to do with it too!

These resistance bands are of pretty good quality and serve the purpose for training, as advertised. Great for the price and a lot easier to use than the pure elastic versions.

Not as strong as I expected. Even the “hard” band is not very challenging for my legs workout. But they are good material that it is easy to fit around the legs and it’s kind on the skin.

Great resistance bands. Since with Coronavirus in haven’t been able to go to the gym. I order this do get be able to workout and I love them. There perfect for leg workout. It’s has 3 bands the medium one is great for me.I’m so happy I can accomplish my leg workout with this bands. Absolutely recommend them I’f you are looking for a good leg workout.

Happy with the quality and grip. It doesn’t roll up during workout as many rubber bands do. Resistance is quite high, even in the light band. I am not a beginner and has been looking for a while for the option which would challenge my muscles, I guess I found one now and just hope that over time it will be as tight.

Super comfortable, don’t slip off, durable and don’t have that nasty rubber smell that other bands tend to have. Bright, colourful and nicely labelled in terms of heavy/ medium/ light strength and they come with a handy, portable pouch too.
