USEFUL AND EFFICIENT ROLLER
This is an efficient roller and does the job decently. I use this roller after running and it helps in relaxing my tired muscles. The material is sturdy the plastic feels sturdy. Although the weight of this roller might not encourage you to take it along when you travel. overall, this is a good value for money product, and I surely recommend it.

Basic item for stiff people
I'm 120lb, so my weight is not an issue, i was able to soften up my neck muscles by laying on it regularly, you can alternate smaller and bigger spikes. Foam is hard, so it's useful to put some towel initially to avoid pain.
