Das Arbeitsbuch für etwas zu perfektionistische Kinder, die streng mit sich sind und keine Fehler bei sich akzeptieren. In der Therapie zusammen mit dem Kind durcharbeiten und ggf. übersetzen. Gut für Kinder erklärt.

Absolutely love this book. It's been so effective with my kids and fun reading for all the family. Really makes kids analyse situations better.

This was a daunting read for my anxious child at first but that is why this book exists. She quickly relaxed and started enjoying reading the stories and doing the exercises. The examples used are well thought out and relatable. A great way to initiate talking with your child about their worries and how to overcome them.
