It works
I was a bit skeptical about what it could do but it is so much better than i thought. It really does stretch me and it holds the stretch for the right amount of time which I wouldnt do if i was doing it myself. I have lower back pain which has been really bad or manageable but always there for several years. This has helped reduce the pain and improve my mobility i would definitely give it a go if you have back issues especially in the sale when it was half price.

Good Value compared to others
I like this. It's easy to store, easy to use, has a nice heat and vibration function in addition to the yoga/stretching function. It gives you a good workout, though It's not really the same as a proper yoga session, but for those unable to do that for any reason, this may be a suitable substiture. I can't comment on the pain relief aspect as I have yet to put that to the test
