ATTENZIONE
Incredibile oggetto di fitness e ci sono migliaia di video su youtube come usarlo e il 90% tutti sbagliati..... Non e per tutti... se non siete gia esperti su questo oggeto vi prego di prendere informazioni. spiego prima il mio voto... fatto bene di gran materiali e stabile costa poco arriva in fretta qundi veramente non posso che dargli 5 stelle... pero non ha manuale , magari si aspettano che tu sappia come usarlo oppure che tu vada su youtube a cercare informazioni. Il problema principale e questo, e PIENO di video su youtube in italiano e inglese di persone dicono "metti il C...O" in alto e rolla" sbagliatissimo... ci sono persino trainers che fanno questo e io mi chiedo come cavolo facciano a essere trainers ! Se fate 8/10 rep con questo atrezzo il primo giorno vuol dire che lo avete fatto male , e domai vi fara male tutto il corpo probabilmente anche la schiena. se guardate video su youtube vi raccomando di cercare quelli dove vi dicono do usare una posizione a "glinch" in altre parole sulle ginocchia contraete gli addominale sedere in avanti NON IN ALTO e andate giu solo fino a dove vi sentite di arrivare Diciamo che per andare giu ad circa 75% mi ci sono volute settimane, non e facile se non siete atleti esperti usare questo oggetto ma vi assicuro che funziona e lo sentite gia dalle prime settimane se fattto come si deve, se lo fate male invece farete pure fatica a camminare !
