Magnetic Personality
Pretty handy, when you need it. Worked for my application. May never use again in your lifetime. Can use a compass to do the same thing.

It Really Detects Magnetism
Bought it on a whim. It really works. Still experimenting with it, but it is a real tool.It will not sense magnetic field from low to moderate DC current flow in a single wire.It will not sense magnetic field in a refrigerator magnet. See Halbach Array on Wikipedia.

Does not work correctly
LED flashlight on back works fine. The product has only indicated 1 battery for me though. Does not work correctly on AC or DC reliably.

Bought this because I was having issues with my vehicle. At first, I didn't think it was working, but then realized it worked all along. It definitely gets the job done.

Not so efficient compare to elma magnetic stick. To press the test button in small space can be a challenge.

Not clear instructions, device did not work.
The pen did not detect either AC or DC on a consistent basis, very unreliable. Instructions are not clear on either battery installation or use of device. I gave it 2 stars because the flashlight part worked well. The package cannot be used again, it had to be cut to open, and thus is not eligible for return. Changed review to 1 star, the flashlight even stopped working. You get what you paid for, or less, with this item. Do not buy!

Absolute non working piece of Junk!
It would be nice if it worked. The only thing that it picks up is a magnet if you put it right on it then the light comes on. The morons who manufactured this worthless piece of junk also have a gold sticker on it saying passed. They must have hired a blind person to check and put these stickers on. It is my fault for not checking this crap of a purchase right when I rec'd it. It is now for out the return period. Buyer beware! DO NOT BUY UNDER ANY CIRSTANCES!
