I’ve been struggling with teeth grinding for years to have reached to the level where I would wake up and have to remove broken teeth parts from my mouth. I couldn’t eat for one hour after waking up because of the grinding all night. Today this product has arrived then I slept after I got it. It was a sleep to remember. Highly recommend if you have teeth grinding problems.

This was very easy to fit in my opinion. Unfortunately it has disintegrated after 5 uses. Sadly for my I'm not in the U.S. so the warranty is invalid. Think I'll go to the dentist and have one made. Lesson learned.

I wouldn't even put 1 star to this dental guard! It's pure hard plastic, not mouldable at all, no hot water, no boiling water, no microwave can do anything. It's very painful for gums and uncomfortable to use it. I wish i could returning on the same day! Fully useless!

Don’t buy it , its just a plastic piece wobbling in ur mouth ! Not fixing and not snuggling ur gum !! I refunded the item !!!

Had to re mould them over and over, and still, the mould wouldn't shape the back teeth correctly. Poor product. Get elsewhere is my advice

ive tried 3 different guards from amazon, this one was the best packaged, best instructions, very good quality guard, build to last, quite thick which may be an issue to some, when closing your mouth it leaves a bigger gap than other guards. compared to others it is more comfortable, however it is not the snuggest most secure fit compared to other options, almost feels loose to where i was concerned it would fall out of my mouth during sleep, but was happily suprised that i woke up with it still in and secure. so perhaps my initial thoughts are wrong. also remolding is always an option to try to make it more secure. overall great guard. one of the best on amazon.
