The best part about this product is the quality, comfort and purpose. If they have a version we’re the back support could stretch all the way till the neck it would be amazing.

cushion quality is not good. Had to keep adjusting myself, as the design (with back support cushion) and low-quality cushion at the bottom keeps sliding you down the chair.

The foam is soft but after an hour of sitting on it, you start to feel the heat of the fabric/foam. The size also does not fit the chair fully considering the shape of the pad is not flat, it limits your movement in the chair. The foam for the back part is also short, it doesnt cover your back fully. I will not say it is a bad product but overall, it didnt give me comfort in my office chair.
