I love the product. It is fantastic for cleaning and polishing a large swath of hardwood floors to perfection. The problem is quality control from the factory. For the price, one would expect all 12 pads to be perfect. I’ve haven’t been able to get Rubbermaid on the phone to address the one pad that has a loose border stitch. I was able to get a response to an email after several weeks. They asked for photos of the defective pad. I sent the photos 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received a response. I would encourage you to shop with a more responsive company that cares about their product enough to provide good customer service.
