Why One eye is perfect, the other one leaks ???

I didn’t face this issue. It fit perfectly on both eyes. Try tightening the strap on the side where it leaks for you. Else see a replacement.

What material is the cap made of? Is it silicone or fabric?

The cap is made of fabric, so when it goes underneath the water, your hair will get wet. I recommend getting a cap from somewhere else, if you don’t want to get your hair wet. But the googles are amazing and so are the extra nose+ear plugs!
