Great fan of UGreen products. As advertised. Sturdy enough and looks smart.

Doesn’t work with my car. If you’re cars AC vents are fixed and doesn’t move you can buy this, otherwise your phone and this will fall down.

The clasps hold the phone well however the clups to connect the holder to the car vents are weak and failed within 2 weeks. Would not buy again, instead look for a different mode of attaching to the car

Quality product but not suitable for heavy phone

Great for vertical support. Horrible at horizontal mobile support, mobile falls with minimal movement.

Perfect for its purpose. You need one hand to put and removing your mobile. Amazing product.

Too small for my phone, doesn't hold very well

Fitted this into my car on day of purchase but, due to lockdown etc, I haven’t used my car/the holder until after a month of purchase. Got into my car the other day, and put my phone into the holder and the whole unit fell onto the floor. The rubber clip on the back had completely snapped, meaning it couldn’t be fitted back onto the vent. Fortunately my phone has a screen protector, as the fall resulted in a crack across it- which would have been my screen if the protector wasn’t on there! Amazon gave me a full refund though, despite it being past the return date, so very grateful- but won’t be buying this product as replacement!

I fitted in my Tiguan. I saw someone had written a review where they fitted to same car, which gave me confidence that it would work. Only issue so far was while driving down a particularly pot-holded dirt road, it fell off (only reason for not giving 5 *). However I have fitted to the thicker center, adjusting, airvent fin. Under normal road coditions it's fine. My Galaxy S10 case is quite slim, but can see that there is enough space to take a bulkier case and larger mobile. When mobile is not fitted it looks quality and aesthetically pleasing. Would recommend, as it performs well and is good value for the money.

Tested on OnePlus 7 proWorks well and as expected. The only comment for other android users of recent android versions: you might have to get used to "swiping around the claws from the outside of the screen" - to go back or to switch between running apps - as they might be slightly in the way. However that is something you likely will get used to.Phones without brezzles or with edge to edge screens, sometimes these "claws" will also be in the way of pressing buttons, but using android auto will certainly help here.

Overall this is so simple, so easy to use and so far has been 100% reliable. Suction power and adhesion are not really the right terms in this case - it grips into the air vent so no suction - but it holds very well for my air vents. The phone sits in it and the arms move up to hold the phone in place using a linkage - very neat and easy to operate.

Ok I have the iPhone 7 but even if I had bigger phone I think this would probably still be unsteady, it fits my phone but yet I turn a corner or not yet it twists round throwing my phone to the passenger side which is quite annoying when your driving. I personally wouldn’t recommend it as it does move a lot and it feels cheap but I don’t pay too much so what do I expect.
