High potency omega oil capsules so I could take one instead of two
Got these because I didnโt want to take two capsules so I could take one instead of two. I use these to manage mental health since omega oil high EPA and DHA shows promise in studies for mental health especially mood issues

Some improvement in liver functions but not in cholesterol
I took it for 4 months and followed up with bloods work. Triglycerides went higher and HDL went lower (not good) but it improved liver functions. It is pretty big but easy to swallow and do not stick to each other.

Excellent quality, easy on the stomach
These are excellent. They cost a dollar or two more, but are well worth it since they are refined to have a higher quality and dose of EPA/DHA in just one pill. They are pretty big capsules, but they're coated to make them easier to digest and swallow. I have a sensitive stomach, and these never make my stomach hurt or cause gross fishy burps like lower-quality fish oil pills sometimes do.
