Has two settings one for looser clamp one for tighter very good for my feeding tube

Second time I've ordered these. As a long term nasogastric tube user these are invaluable for stopping leaks when flushing or replacing feed through the NG tube.The clamp has a good grip and won't release on its own. Definitely recommend.

I bought these to regulate water for a drip system for my indoor plants. It works fine with thin tubing. I'm sure they work fine for what they're made from.
