Basic, but good
If you just wan't your plain flour for basic recipes like muffins, pancakes, biscuits, crumble, yorkshire puds etc. then this is good and cheap... If you're being a bit more fancy, then I'd pay a bit extra... A quality plain flour has an altogether different smell and a better consistency... I'm not knocking it though... It's good, basic, plain flour that will do the job

Cheap and cheerful plain flower
Good price plain flour which I used to make rough puff pastry. Did the job well, actually as good as any leading brands out there. I would purchase this again
