I’m 64. For the last 10 years or so I’ve had problems with oily skin. It wasn’t until I went to a professional that I found out that my oily skin was actually my skin reacting to its dryness and overproducing oil to compensate. Still unsure, I try a moisturizer. And oh my gosh, what a huge difference it made in my skin! The crinkly skin I had under my eyes smoothed out and looked fantastic. But this set me out on the adventure of trying to find a moisturizer without chemicals in it. Oh yes, I found quite a bit of products, but I really can’t afford $165 for a 1 ounce jar of cream. I don’t care how good it is, or how little you have to use, I can’t do $165. But one day I was at my local health food store and I saw Andelou Naturals. The price was affordable, so I decided to give it a try. I have been so incredibly impressed with not only the clean ingredients, but how well they, especially this day moisturizer works! I would give it definitely 4 1/2 to 5 stars! Not only does it make my skin more hydrated, but I’m no longer overproducing oil. Also, I find that I can put this moisturizer fairly close to my eyes and it doesn’t irritate them. This eliminates the need for a special eye cream! Not only does this hydrate my skin, but it pumps it up, and it has completely gotten rid of the crinkly skin under my eyes. I just had someone comment the other day that they were absolutely shocked at how, my skin looked much younger than my actual age! I will definitely take that! And just a sidenote, I had bought a travel pack as an introduction to all the anti-aging products that they have. I love the facemask as it makes my skin very very smooth. But, I can’t use the toner because it makes my skin break out. Everything else in the anti-aging line, designated with the purple color, is absolutely fantastic. Just not so much the toner.

I love this face cream! It feels great on my face and is very soothing. I'm very happy with it.

My second favorite face cream from Andalou. It's a renewing, anti aging moisturizer. Plant stem cell science, reservation and coQ10 make a superior product. Price is still affordable.

I’ve bought this cream twice now because I really loved the first one. I have combination skin and this seems to keep it very moisturized without being greasy or making my face break out, which is hard to find. It smells great too. My only complaint is that the second one I received doesn’t smell as good and isn’t as thick and creamy, there’s quite a big difference between this one and the first one I received. I hope this is only a one time thing because I really like this cream and would like to keep repurchasing it!

My skin loves the Andalou products, but not all of them, and that is okay. I think you have to experiment to find the ones that are for your skin. I have combo skin with a tendency to breakout. This Perfecting Cream has been great for my skin and has caused NO breakouts for me. I love the way it smells, the texture is nice and it is not heavy. Even though it is supposed to help with wrinkles (ant-aging), my skin will always have wrinkles due to past sun damage, and I used to be a smoker (this did the most damage). So, unless I get some kind of face lift, I will always have wrinkles. But, the Andalou products have helped my skin in that it does not feel dry anymore (in my dry zones), and I do not get oily (in my T-zone). Just know that if you have damaged skin due to environmental, sun, smoking, and age, no product will make wrinkles go away. This product makes my skin feel great and nourished. I also use the Kombucha cleansing gel. I use another natural product for my eye area, toner, and firming treatment. Also, you can use this around the eye area which is a bonus. Most face creams you should not use around the eyes. Andalou does NOT do animal testing.

Great item feels great on my face

This cream is incredible!! I've been using it for a few weeks now, and I have sensitive and acne-prone skin so I only change up one product at a time to notice their full effect. I've been using it morning and night, and for someone with oily skin, it's worked beautifully! It smells AMAZING and is a very rich texture but doesn't feel heavy in the slightest. It also doesn't leave a greasy sheen or cause excess oil throughout the day. It wears really nicely under makeup, and I use a BB cream. I love that it's all natural ingredients with no chemicals or irritating agents, and I also love how it makes my skin look! My skin is smooth, has an even texture, and doesn't flake easily after using this! I don't think I'll be changing creams for a while. I'm in my 20's, so I recommend this to young people looking to get ahead on their skin care! I see a lot of positive reviews for older skin with this product, but if you're on the younger side definitely look into this!

Edit: 1/4/17 I had to discontinue using this product. It started making me break out with continued use. I am one of those people that cannot use anything with a cream base. It feels good on the skin, but didn't work for me. My skin is sensitive to most products. Even some natural products break me out. I have searched high and low for a moisturizer that doesn't have Dimethicone which makes my whole face burn and itch. It is difficult to find a product without it. Other moisturizers I have tried "pull"/tighten after putting them on and make my skin look more wrinkled after using them. This does not pull at all! It goes right into the skin, not sit on top as most. It is very emollient going on, but I would say it is neither too light nor too heavy. It is perfect morning/night and under makeup. I used to buy moisturizers with SPF for day, but I have switched to the Mineral Fusion pressed powder foundation with natural sunscreens so I don't add any harmful chemicals on my face during the day. I am in my mid-40's and I am so happy I discovered the Andalou line.
