Delivered leaking bad and replacement was delivered leaking too
I liked that the item smells soo good and smooth to the skin but the delivered item is leaking so bad even if the box is intact and not dented at all. I didn't like that the item is not sealed at all and that it is badly leaking, messy in it's plastic enclosure. I requested replacement and I liked that replacement was immediately processed, to be delivered next day but the replacement was delivered in exactly same poor condition, leaking , messy and bottle not sealed again. I still love the product but hoping they make sure to seal and prevent leakage next time.

It was open and spilled in the packaging, i doubt the genuineness of the product.

The handwash was leaking in the package. The cap was loose and all the other items in the package became soapy.

The dispenser is no longer working so we have to manually pour it to our hands.
