Wevez Women's Gypsy 25 Yard Solid Color Cotton Skirt

I have always had the same experience with Wevez skirts. They are my gypsy style personified and I always feel comfortable, beautiful and my unique self. The 25 yard cotton is always true color. The red IS red, the indigo IS spot on....as is the lavender ( my latest purchase). I will just tell you a bit about the care of these skirts. First, ALWAYS hand wash in cold, separately and with gentle detergent as the color WILL run and dye everything for the first several washes. Hand wring and hang to dry (I go around the bottom of the skirt and lightly tug all around to keep major wrinkles from settling in.). While there’s LOTS of material (small attached lining) it is fairly thin cotton and it WILL rip if if it’s not properly cared for or catches on something sharp (I have an affinity for what I refer to as ‘toilet tissue clothes’. I’m NOT saying that these aren’t made well, because they are...you just need to be aware and care for the properly. They are the best thing EVER, to dance in, and I LOVE walking down a staircase (make sure no one follows you closely if you do as I do) and let them elegantly flow down the stairs... three or four steps behind you! They are versatile and fun to layer with long petticoats (matching or contrasting) or make these the underskirts and wear a funky tunic over.

I LOVE THESE SKIRTS. I am a die-hard "boho gypsy" skirt kinda girl. Floor length, full circle, SUPER full and flowy!!!! I bought this skirt for a cosplay costume and am tweaking it a bit for the character - BUT - I love the skirt so much it actually hurt my heart to cut it!!! SOOO I'm going to buy more of them in other colors (and prolly the same teal color so I have an un-cut, non-cosplay one)... .they are so beautiful... The fit is perfect for me, and I'm a weird one. I'm 5 feet tall, 105 pounds, tiny waist and tiny hips. I like to wear the skirt ON my hips, NOT on my waist (show the belly button). It has such an nicely adjustable waist and the draw-string... yes you can adjust it to wear it higher or on a smaller waist or a larger waist. Also if need be you can remove that bottom 'tier' and make it shorter, if it's too long; but for me, it was not too long. All in all a perfectly beautiful festival skirt, boho skirt, gypsy skirt, dancing skirt.... feeling beautiful skirt. High quality and shipped fast, too. =D

I'm in love with this skirt! It's very comfortable, well made, and super fun to wear. I got it to be an underskirt for my outfit for a Renaissance festival. I was a little worried that the color would be off or it wouldn't fit but I was proven wrong. The color is pretty accurate to the product picture and it fits really well. It's amazing for twirling around in and adding some volume to another dress. It's very light despite having so much fabric. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a good quality, fun, flowy, and colorful skirt that you should get this one.

Beautiful skirt, nice and flowy, does a beautiful spin, however it is THIN. I wore black shorts under and it was very visible. It needs an additional layer or two

Love the material and the design of the skirt. It is exactly what I’ve been looking for for a long time. It does fit me and the elastic does stretch far out. However the elastic is sewn really tightly to the point it will leave impressions on my waist. The material is wonderfully light though and will be perfect for the summer. You will need a skirt slip! Even on the dark colours or at least a pair of slip shorts. I attached a link for those below as they are the most practical option. I will warn anyone who buys darker colours when you take it out you will instantly understand from the material that it will bleed badly the first time you wash it. It was originally a darker purple than the shirt I’m wearing in the picture. It actually re-dyed the shirt more closely to its original colour when I bought it 12 years ago.😁 Yes, I washed it on delicate and in cold water. I made the mistake of putting a couple of dark pieces that had some white on them into the wash and now I need to get coloursafe bleach to correct the problem. Other than that; it is a glorious 25 yard flop down anywhere you want, anyway you want and flash no one skirt.🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 Oh and if you are any shorter than my 5’ 6” butt you are going to trip on the 25 yard one without either 1) Rolling the waist up 2) Wearing a really fluffy petticoat or 3) Some re awesome platforms. I am tripping on the hemline and it comes just barely above my foot. Absolutely FABULOUS SKIRTS!!!! I have been looking for a true vintage full skirt for years and I FINALLY FOUND ONE!! This is exactly what I have been looking for. Ladies, if you’re looking for a true bohemian, country, Gypsy skirt, look no further!! The fit is perfect, the colors are perfect. I highly recommend, buy it!! I bought 2 and I will be buying more! Love that this is cotton, made it easy to wash when I got it out of the package pretty wrinkly. Also made sure there wasn't going to be a smell (I can't remember if there was one or not) It is a tiny bit sheer because it is a light color, but the underskirt part helps that. It just means I have to keep the underskirt in. It is very full! Spinning in it is fun, when I wore it on very hot days, tucking parts of the skirt into the bottom of my corset was very cute because it would bunch and lay in cute ways that also let me have a breeze. The waistband is one size, stretches a lot. A little hard to figure out a great way to tie it to your size. If you are an XS, you will probably have a lot of waistband gathered so it will be kinda thick. I am a S/M and it was pretty gathered on me. Length was fun, I am 5'6" and in flat shoes and wearing it above my hips it was not dragging on the ground, but near it.

Washed it and it didn't run

Wow I’m in love this is exactly what I was searching for for well over one year I wear a lot of flowy long skirts in the summer and this absolutely breath taking nice cotton thinner material but the 25 yards makes it full and sexy my friends , and many many strangers ask wear I got it I don’t usually say because my look is my own and hate people trying to trend set my look but a few closer friends I can’t keep it to my self and sure enough their looking at my wish list haaa but something so pretty I had to rave about maybe might regret it when every where I look someone has my skirt on but the buy was worth every penny now the on thing I didn’t l8ke was a short inner liner of the same matterial which made my waist puff out almost looking pregnant or very Peggy do to my 5:2 & 130 lbs but I fixed this puffy pregnant look by just removing it carefully because the stitching is very tiny and well done but it worked and I just were a body snugging slip and the matterial now flows much more naturally shaping my natural tiny curves And if you don’t like long flowy gypsy authentic type skirts this isn’t for you but if you like sexy belly full swing out beauty this is the perfect skirt or go a little less material maybe a 12 footer instead of 25 but both amazingly sexy in my opinion one green eyed Irish Gypsy to another hope this helped your choices have a great summer AC of Canada
