**Q: What is the expiration date on these?**
A: It's expires may 2015 great buy tho .

**Q: How close is this to tasting like Original?**
A: I personally think its better than Original.  I do not taste vanilla in the Original and I do in this one.  Just what I wanted since I use it on my cereal.  I don't care for the Original soy milk but like this one.  If you don't want a good vanilla flavor this would not be one for you.  If you do, I recommend it and plan on purchasing more myself.  Hope this helps.

A: I, too, was similarly perplexed when I encountered reviews of soymilk when I was browsing different varieties of Kettle Chips. After reading some reviews and discounting that Silk Soymilk fanatics were espousing their love onto unrelated products, I clicked on the "Flavor" option and noted that a few varieties of soymilk were co-mingled with the many varieties of Kettle Chips. Apparently, Amazon has inadvertently merged the two product lines (possibly assigning the product page to both brands).

I was so tired of always needing to buy milk! I use it on cereal daily. In the heat of summer, I often eat cereal several times a day. I am also one of those people who needs to have really cold milk to drink with desert! An elderly neighbor told me about Silk. I was confused when she told me to buy it in the milk section of IGA first to see if I liked it and then to buy it online! BUY MILK TO be delivered by UPS? The saying, "Listen to your elders" applied here and I am glad I did! The taste of Silk is fantastic. However, let me tell you something I have learned. It is not about all the wonderful health factors (you can read that on the carton)! It is about the taste and how you MUST be careful! The vanilla flavor of Silk is great on cereals, to cook some deserts, and to drink really cold! DO NOT USE VANILLA to cook casseroles and the like! You must use the original or unsweetened for cooking! The original and unsweetened are great for everything! The vanilla is not for cooking unless you put it in a desert or maybe pancakes. The vanilla flavor is very strong. The chocolate silk is fantastic as a really cold drink! Now, having given this cooking warning, let me say that the Silk in the milk section tastes exactly like this Silk that does not need refrigeration until it is opened! The sad news is that you can get fantastic price on Vanilla and Chocolate in 6 quarts on AMAZON. The price of original and unsweetened is too high! So, you can have your "cereal milk always on hand(vanilla) and a great chocolate drink! Until Amazon lowers the price, you will have to buy milk for cooking at the local store!
