It's so frustrating that soy has become the pariah of plant-based milks. It's got the highest naturally occurring protein, foams well and tastes great.Silk Soy Chocolate Milk is a perfect example. Really good taste without being too thick or cloying, and great nutritional balance. The individually packaged milks are shelf-stable, portable and a great pick-me-up for whenever you need a boost.

These are really convenient for a variety of purposes. I like to keep them on hand for school lunches, road trips, hotel stays and more. During a recent power outage, we used these without worrying about refrigeration. I have stored them in my hot car for long periods of time and have frozen them without any problems. While reordering the very vanilla silk, I saw the chocolate and decided to try. We all liked it. The chocolate flavor is not super sweet or strong but it’s not chalky either. Very smooth. We are not big fans of dairy milk and prefer soy and other plant milks. Really happy with this product.

I like to use these very chocolaty, smooth and -- what's a word that means just the right thickness? -- as the liquid in my cereal, which includes oddities like dried raspberries, dried blueberries, crushed walnuts (for lasting energy!) and...a little bit of some kind of actual cereal that happens to be around. Delicious! Good just to drink, too (comes with a straw for those times).

Bought it for my grandson, but he can't have the soy. I switched to Silk Almond which is acceptable. He loves it!

This is what we ordered. The expiration date good for a long time. Can not find at local store.
