I waited a month before leaving this review, so trust me on this. My fingernails have never been stronger! (I'm 75, so have plenty of experience with them.) I'm hoping it will also affect my hair since I lost a lot after major surgery, but am happy just for the nails. If that's your problem, too, massage a hand or body moisturizer into the nails at bedtime. It really helps with brittleness and cracking.

The pills are not capsule and are basically flavorless. The listened ingredients are know to promote healthy hair, skin, nails, and others systems. While taking I didn’t suffer any bad side affects even if I took in conjunction with other supplements. Overall, I will continuing to take and likely will resupply when I run out. I found this to be a great source for key ingredients to help maintain a healthy body. These are easy and quicker to take if you don’t have time for a Collagen powder. The two pack is a great value buy for a quality product.

I have recently became vegan and still wanted to be able to use a collagen supplement so I went with this after reading the reviews and let me tell you!! I’ve only been using these for four days and all of the hairs I plucked underneath my eyebrows just the other day have grown in like wild fire and then some! I have never used a collagen supplement that showed results so quick ! Would recommend to anyone who wishes to grow out their eye brows or hair.

I have been using it for the last 3 days and I love it already. I understand I will see the full effect of it only maybe after 2 weeks, but I already see small differences in my nails. My nails feel much stronger and less brittle. I have been a vegetarian all my life and using vegan and cruelty-free supplements for health has been my goal for the past year. I hope to continue this for as long as I can. The tablets themselves are thin and very easy to swallow. They don't really have any taste and are a great fit for my supplements. A definite repeat buy!

Great source of biotin. This is not collagen - it’s a collagen builder (It helps your body make its own collagen without animal products). My nails feel stronger. I will update in a few months to comment on my hair and shoulder mobility since those will take longer to show improvement. These have no funny aftertaste and are easy to swallow. They didn’t upset my stomach. I used to use collagen powder in my coffee. But I much prefer using a simple pill. I’m not a vegan, but I prefer this product over pricey grass-fed collagen powders.
