Do you get actually receive the ties in the picture or not?

No you do not. And they are all uslessly delivered tied in knots that when untied, leave wrinkles that will not come out. I received these ties as a gift unfortunately or I would return them immediately.

Are these good cuality ties

They are good quality and look good but they are NOT silk. They are microfiber and only made to seem like silk.

These are about 3 inches wide. The description reports 3.1 inches. I verified they match my other 3-inch ties.
