This product is the worst. Splinters everywhere, very poorly made. Not worth the money. I would suggest either going to a Hispanic store and buy instead of ordering it here from Amazon. Says it's imported from Colombia, but I know this is totally False, I had one imported directly from Colombia and it looks nothing like this quality is top knotch. So I wanted to buy one for my daughter and saw they had one here on Amazon with quick turn around time. But that was a mistake I will take the longer shipping time and order directly from Colombia. Save ur time and money and get this product elsewhere.

Muy lindo pero antes de desempacarlo pude ver que estaba averiado, lo quería devolver para que me lo cambiaran para la devolución piden la mitad de lo que pagué y la opción gratuita es ir y dejarlo en la opción de almacenes que dan, si pido por internet es por que no quiero ir a un almacén

El molinillo huele y tiene pegante, entonces, al batir el chocolate, la bebida queda con sabor a pegante, lo cual puede ser peligroso para la salud. Actualización: Después de comunicarnos con el vendedor, nos respondieron rápido y nos enviaron un nuevo molinillo con un obsequio. El servicio post venta es excelente 👌.
