There are several additional mandatory tests that are required by the New Zealand Government to be undertaken at an accredited testing facility for Manuka honey that is exported out of New Zealand, which we fully comply with. To be clear, UAF1000+ is an ingredient and not a rating. We use UAF1000+, which is an antioxidant blend derived from New Zealand-grown botanical ingredients, in almost every product we manufacture, so it is not unique to our honey. As a rule, multifloral honey is a blended honey that would contain a percentage of Manuka honey that has a minimum MGO of 200, with other varieties of honey that have little or no MGO content so after blending MGO 85+ would be reasonable to assume.
