Does it work for plantar fasciitis ?

I have never used it for planter fasciitis, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it did work. The main thing would be to find a doctor, or even a YouTube video, that could instruct you in the proper way to apply it. I’ve only used it on arms and legs, but it really helps. I wish you the best luck, I know how painful that can be.

Why doesn't this stay on in water? Got as a gift, put it on, showered later and its coming off??

It would last for at least three days for me, and that’s showering everyday. Be easy with it, maybe blot dry after shower. Also there are a couple of different kinds, I think the “athletic” kind lasted longer and held up best in water.

I'm age 74, active and workout with a trainer. I use this tape to reinforce knees.....it's a great enhancement for doing lunges, squats and even 2 mile walks...it holds nicely even with showering it will last 3 to 5 days. I find it reduces stress on my knees and prevents pain from overuse when flexing knees

I love how it helps keep the knee from moving. However I notice it doesn't stay on for no longer than 2 days. It buckles on the edges in a day.
