Teacher Here 3rd grade - The wig was super awesome. It helped the students in role playing their characters in the Royal Court of His Majesty, The Teacher. The students were eager to wear the wigs, during Social Studies. The only thing I saw was a negative was that the wigs became entangled and messy, when putting away the wig, after use. I would suggest by invest extra money in the cheap Styrofoam Mannequin heads. This would help the students with easier access to the wigs, without the fuss of opening the package to find a messy wig.

My 10 year old son used this for a presentation on Thomas Jefferson. It says "George Washington" but really it will work for any colonial era gentleman costume. In fact, 3 boys in his class wore ALMOST the same costume & same wig... they were George Washington, Alexander Hamilton, and Thomas Jefferson. :-)It fit well on my 10 year old - and would probably work through early teens. Too much younger than 10 & this wig my be too big.

Good quality for price, fits a bit smaller than I thought. My son is 6 and has a normal/average head, but it was a bit too small. He still loves it and the quality is good; obviously fake hair but he knows its for dress up.

Bought this for my 9yo daughter's class presentation, this wig did not really fit. It barely covered her hair and the front had to be positioned at the top of her forehead just to try and cover her head. The picture is deceiving. This wig would probably be perfect for a 5-6 yo.

Great wig! My 9 year old son used it for part of an Alexander Hamilton Costume for "Wax Museum" day at his school. Worked as expected and was a big hit. I am sure this one will get reused for another costume or event in the future.

It fit my nephew and held great under his hat. I believe if he is carefull with it it will hold up well.

Really nice quality here. Held up well, kept its style, stayed on my son's head just fine for several hours without irritating him too much (we used bobby pins to attach to his hair) when he played George Washington in a play. Looked fairly real.

Our daughter received so many compliments on this wig when she wore it as George Washington for Halloween. She is 6 and it fit very well. Used a few bobby pins to keep it in place and it was secure.
