We love this product. I have been using it religiously for years now and my older dogs teeth are still doing great for being a 10 year old small dog. I am also using it for our 1 year old pup and it has also significantly cut down on plaque and tartar. Not a fix it all for dentals, but helps quite a bit with keeping their teeth moderately clean. Good price and good quality.

My cats do not mind this sprinkle over their food. It certainly helps their breath and I assume that means it is helping with bacteria in their mouths. A jar lasts two or three months with two cats.

I have been using a different brand on my rotties teeth for about 4 years now. I started this one. Just curious how good it was and it's been a few months and it actually works!!! I am a lifelong customer. Thank you

Well I can't say if it actually removes tartar from your dog's teeth because I couldn't use it long enough to see if it actually works. I gave it to my dogs on their food twice a day it did cut down on the dragon breath my dachshund has. If you miss a dose the bad breath comes back. But my issue is with both my dogs, it made my pups uncontrollably scratch once I started this product. I mean a LOT. My chiweenie and my dachshund would itch and itch and itch. I did not change any food bedding and they are on flea preventative. Once I stopped using this product the itching stopped. If you have a pet that is sensitive to a lot of things sorry to say I would not recommend this product. But I did enjoy the few weeks I had where my Simon did not have dragon breath. I would rather have a bad smelly dog than one that can not stop itching. It annoys me and prob not so enjoyable to them. I am past my return time thru Amazon so going thru the company itself, so far no response. Use with caution and keep an eye on your babies.

We have a 15 yr old dog with breath straight from the depths of a sewer and needed SOMETHING to help. We tried a different powder before this one but were looking for something a little cheaper. Well, lesson learned. Get what you pay for. This gave all three of our dogs awful breath. We will be switching back to other brand.

I've been using this product for my dog for three or four months now. I wish I had taken before and after photos but i didn't. He is not a dog who tolerates having his teeth brushed (he just constantly struggles to get away from the toothbrush), so this is my alternative. It has not completely removed his plaque, but it has significantly lessened it. Also, the plaque on his teeth has gone from being dark brown in some areas to a much lighter beige color. Also his breath is better than it was. I now use this product with both of my dogs. It is reasonably priced compared to other similar products on Amazon, and it is certainly far cheaper than having your dog's teeth cleaned at the vet. (I recently received a quote of over $600 for that!) It takes a few weeks to see a difference, but this product really does work.

I strive to be fair in my reviews, but honestly, this product has been detrimental to my beagle. Each time I use it, she experiences diarrhea. Upon discontinuing its use, she returns to normal. This has happened three times in the last three months. Despite having half a jar left, I've decided to completely discontinue it as it is not suitable for her.

It does everything it says I have two Chihuahuas and their breasts were real stinking I'll stinky breath no more it does work just li sprinkle a little bit on their food

I was a bit sceptical to buy this product as there were not many reviews but those were all good. I got 2 tins preparing for a long time for the results to become noticeable. It has now been just 3 weeks and I was amused to see my 10 year old dog's teeth turned white. I wasn't keeping checking but just spotted his white tooth when he was chewing something. I could nit believe it and asked the family if they could see any improvement. And yes they certainly could. To say more : the dogs teeth had been pretty bad. Lovely! Thanks.

The only reason this review has four stars is that the spoon supplied is quite large, presumably designed more for dogs. I saved an old smaller spoon from PlaqueOff to use for my cats. The cats like this just the same as PlaqueOff, I got this one because it's cheaper and only contains seaweed. Many other brands have other ingredients such as mint which my cats don't like and won't eat. It seems to work well, the vet says my cats teeth are cleaner since I started using this type of product and there is no way on earth they would let me brush their teeth! I would recommend this brand.

I was more than a little sceptical about purchasing this product. I have an elderly chihuahua, and chihuahuas are notorious for having bad teeth. This little guy is overdue a dental and lockdown has delayed things, and he does not tolerate having his teeth brushed, so I figured we had nothing to lose in trying this. I usually feed him dry biscuits as he is on an extremely low fat diet. I found a very low fat wet dog food, and simply add one tiny little scoop of this to a small amount of wet dog food one a day.He now knows after our dinner at night he gets his treat of wet dog food!!! He will sit staring at the fridge while we load the dishwasher, patiently waiting!!!!Anyway, we bought this about a month ago and already you can tell the difference. His breath no longer makes your toes curl, and his teeth are starting to whiten again, all be it at the tips.I don’t need to mix the powder in, just sprinkle it on the top of the wet food. He still has some dry biscuits in the day but he loves his treat at night!!!At age nearly 15, I’m not sure he will outlast the tub of Plaque Banish, you only use a very small amount for a toy dog each day, so I suspect it will last me at least another six months.I would highly recommend this product.

We're using this for our elderly cat as she is suffering with plaque and bad gums, she will not let us brush her teeth and has gone off the dental treats we used to give her. I was concerned she wouldn't eat with this on her food but she seems to actually like it. It is easy to use, the scoop is fine, I only use half a scoop per meal even though it's a small scoop. There's no scent to the powder that I have noticed and it mixes easily into her wet food. She's on a Renal diet and this is a natural product she is allowed to use. Only started using it recently so time will tell if it's having an effect on her gum issues. Fingers crossed for her next check-up.

My 13 year old dog need something to help her ageing teeth, I read the reviews (thank you) and decided to try it. It smells awful but I added it to her dinner, she did not seem to notice anything different and ate it.6 days later definitely a difference with her teeth. Whiter and does not have such bad breath so really pleased with itIt will last a long time as the amount you give is smallOnly negative was the little measuring spoon supplied with it, once you take it out you cannot get it back in the pot unless you dig it back in (not worth it, believe me 😂) so I just leave it on the top, makes no difference to the product.I am glad I tried it
