Anyone figured out how to tell which side is north after the red line has worn off?

Use a compass or Compass app and face North. Put a few of the magnets together with a piece of string held inbetween them and dangle them from the string. The North side of the magnets will turn and point Northwards then score or mark the South side of the magnets so you can tell the difference

Has anyone found relief from nausea by using these magnets on the acupoint on the wrists? Thanks

I found no relief wherever I placed them.

How long do they usually take to work/feel any improvement?

For me they take a few hours. I usually put them on, when I have really bad pain in the morning, and by the end of the day it's mostly gone usually. By the next day I only have pain if I press on the area that hurt. Even when the pain has gone I leave them on till they're ready to fall off, which can be a few weeks. Then I save them to be used again with new plasters, making sure the magnets are the right way. I wouldn't be without my magnets, they're marvellous.

Do these come in different flesh shades or just caucasian?

Just Caucasian as far as I'm aware. But there's nothing to stop you using them with other suitable plasters. Just make sure that the little red line on the magnet is facing the plaster and the plain side to your skin. Also make sure the plaster you use is sticky enough and waterproof to stay in place.
