Solgar, Megasorb, Promotes Nervous System Health, Sublingual Vitamin B12, 5,000 mcg, 60 Nuggets

Works great as far as I can tell. This brand was recommended to me by a holistic doctor and I've used it ever since. Used to buy it at a local vitamin shop but found it way cheaper on Amazon less than half price! I'm all for small business for a few dollars but you can't beat half price.

They are so tiny and I like that I can just pop them under my tongue. I feel like I have a little more energy when I take one in the morning and that's good.

Quite a convenient method to ingest this vitamin. Quite beneficial for energy at a minimum

I haven’t been taking for long, so can’t review as to how well they work. But they take way too long to dissolve under my tongue. I guess I didn’t realize when it stated dissolving that it would take that long. I was able to cook myself a bowl of oatmeal on stove, get a glass of juice, and go sit down ready to eat and it still hadn’t totally dissolved. This is just too long for me, so probably won’t buy this brand again. I will say flavor is good, and it seems like I have more energy , but have made some other changes, so hard to know. I know this is a good brand as I had other sublingual ones that dissolved quicker. So maybe a bad batch.

I was hoping for a B12 without flavors or sweetener, so that's why this is the only Solgar product I've rated that wasn't 5 stars. I have intolerance problems, so it's a big deal for me. So far, it doesn't seem to cause any problems. If the person(s) reading this have digestive intolerance with many foods, the Solgar Omnium multivitamin is a great choice.
