Pointer Wheatfree Peanutbutter Paws, Variety, 1.25 kg

Very disappointed to be writing a negative review but I have tried to resolve this with the seller first. The product is not a box of paw shaped biscuits but a bag of broken pieces and crumbs. There is no return option and they have declined a refund. Please decide before ordering if you are happy with smashed biscuits or would prefer to find a seller that packages better.

Despite not showing any apparent disappointment that some of the biscuits were broken in the box, my two dogs scoffed them down. I've given 5 stars for the taste as I found them a bit gritty but with a pleasant taste that you can only get from a quality dog biscuit. Dipping them in my tea, they stayed intact like a good Hobnob and crunching them down into a cheesecake base had no complaints from the wife and kids.

My dogs love these and have them as a treat in the morning. My only complaint is both my orders have arrived not packaged well enough, too many broken ones; they are meant to be flat and shaped like a paw. Disappointing.

Product itself is excellent, the dogs love them and they seem gentle on sensitive tummies. But ...they always arrive smashed. Seller really needs to look at how the ship this product to ensure it arrives safe. Will buy again but definitely wish arrived whole

These are not pointer, just loose in plastic bag! Missellelling under trades description act p.s.sold in wilkos at £1.20 box!!!

One of my dogs is quite a finicky eater. She loves these biscuits, a firm favourite.
