Do these clip on or slide on?

They slip on. There are two slots on the sideshield that the frame earpiece slides through. They work well and stay in place.

Are these made in usa?

They have USA molded into them.

My glasses measure 29 mm at the highest spot. Will this fit my glasses?

They work for the occasional use, however smaller in my opinion fit smaller lenses best. They are very flexible and can be open wider to fit up to larger lenses. It one is going to use them for all day long work you will get tired of having to adjusting the side shields to stay against lager lenses. I use them at the shooting range so I do not have to use my heaver work safety glasses.
