Great for my nails
I bought these after despairing on my nails. The frequent hand washing on the ward means that my nails are so brittle they were breaking off at the bed - despite all the moisturiser. I've been taking these gummies for a month now, and my nails are much better. Not perfect, but they grow well enough to have a few mm of white now!

Amazing product
I’ve been taking these for a good 3 months now & my nails are amazing. Being a cleaner of 10yrs+ they were dehydrated, brittle & discusting to look at, I would hide them from view!
