1 month se zyada ho gya ab tk koi response nhi mila customer support se.
Bahut hi bekar or gatiya products hai. Or inki jo 7 days ki replacement policy hai woh bss aise hi customer ko dikhane ke liye. Maine replacement ke liye apply ki na hi unhone replacement diya or na hi refund bs excuses bna rhe customer support wale. Ki ho jayega.. 1 month ho chuka ab tk kuch nahi hua..Please mere jaise koi mt fasna...

Worthless Laptop
Those whoever extremely poor or in need of cheaper laptop don't bother about wear & tear condition they need to invest their money into it. Return process little bit tedious. Most of time they are sending wrong configuration that too with more & more wear & tear signs laptop. Majorly observable thing is directly changing processor. I recommend go for new one or Refurbished not the Renewed.
