1st off, Eyoyo has put their time in providing these products. I do not have a single complaint with the camera. I leave the led off if I am in semi dirty water or at the bottom. I would definitely purchase another when that time comes!

I had a problem with my unit and contacted their customer service. They were very helpful and responsive. It turned out that I had a bad monitor for my unit. They sent me a new monitor promptly at zero cost or shipping to me and everything now works great!!! I would highly recommend this company and this product.

The ad says there are 12 high-power white lights for camera light but it only has IR lights. I contacted the company and they said ad was wrong and they will correct it but 2 weeks later ad is still wrong. The camera works great but returned since there is only IR lights.

The picture quality on this underwater camera was surprisingly good for the price. It was a lot of fun using it for ice fishing, but after two hours I had an issue with the video feed no longer communicating with the monitor. So far the company has been pretty good to work and has agreed to replace a component to see if that will work. I’m very excited to use this again though, it was such a cool addition to my fishing gear!

I use it for icefishing. It is excellent for checking out the bottom and doing a quick recon on new areas of fishing. It is not for letting it sit and watch fish while you jig. It spins excessively while going down, and I had to weigh it to get it to sit level. The picture quality is good but won't go past a few feet in water even in relatively clear water. For the price and what I use it for it's definitely worth it.

Not necessary but I made a few mods to the unit. I put the camera cable on a larger spool eliminating some of the "coiling" of the cable. I put an elastic/tape on the camera cable to keep the camera horizontal and eliminate any direct pulling on the camera cable to camera connection. I choose to make a makeshift clamp assembly to hold the camera at the correct depth and direction, I will probably by a remote unit for it in the future. I have only had it out once for about 4 hours, battery stayed good and overall I am very happy with the unit and the clarity

Bought this underwater camera to view our water pump which we rely on for our drinking /household water. The camera went in the water May long week end and got snagged on a rope identifying where our pump was , about 20 feet down . We were unable to unsnag it. I put out request for scuba divers in our area with no luck. It stayed stuck until Sept 1. So 3 months underwater!We pulled it out, cleaned it off and put it right back to work. Everything still works.Simply for reference we live in Northern Ontario.

Purchased November 6th 2018. Delivery was quick but we were moving at the time and I lost the package for about a year. Used it seven times starting mid 2019 when I encountered problems with the batteries holding a charge. I reached out to customer service and even though the warranty was now over they made things good and set me a new battery pack. Outstanding customer service by Eyoyo USA-Redamacy was terrific. I would buy from these outstanding people again no problem.

So far the Eyoyo is amazing. I’ve only had it half a month, though I’m in love with it. I live in Canada and was worried about the cold weather, though this machine powers through. I’ve spoke with costumer service a little and they have been ridiculous helpful. I totally suggest this camera.
