The balloons are good.HOWEVER, the items are entirely made of bad quality paper cloth with glue smeared over them, very untidy and unprofessional, a DIY at home would probably be better to do! There were extra paper cloths randomly shaped and left in the packaging. I had to cut the tie representing the I in Birthday banner to make it tidier and presentable. Lastly, the letters were bent and put of shape I had to place a heavy item to straighten them.
