I bought 6 of these chairs. Based on the reviews and pictures I felt comfortable purchasing these. After getting a kitchen table that I refurbished, I needed new chairs. These are beautiful and comfortable.We received these a day earlier than the estimated delivery date.Let me tell you about the smell though!Right out of the box my house turned into a tranquil sanctuary. Burts of lavender overcame my house and it's amazing. These have been together for only 1 day and it still smalls like lavender. It's almost as if everytime we sit on them a new release of scent takes place.They seem very sturdy and I love the adjustable knobs on the feet because our floors are stupid uneven and now I don't have to rock back and forth in the chair when I sit.My husband put these together in no time at all. I recommend purchasing these. The price was the best I've found for looking on other furniture websites and stores.

So I have 6 of these chairs total. Recetly our son dragged one of the chairs across the floor and one of the front legs broke. It was not a manufactur problem The chairs are sturdy enough. I contacted the compnay and asked if they could just sent me one leg repalcement. They immediatly sent me two front legs federal express and did not charge me. I was willing to pay as I believe the damage was our fault. So in conculsion I love the chairs and the customer service. I will defintily look for them again when i am looking for furniture.

The chairs are a bargain and quite attractive but they fail in the details. One of our pair was missing two of the decorative nail heads in a very visible location of the seat. We noticed this after we assembled the chair.We thought the issue was not a big deal and easy to resolve. We requested the manufacturer supply us with two nail heads with the intention of adding the ourselves. Easy fix, right? Wrong! The manufacturer quickly responded by telling us a replacement chair back had been shipped. We immediately responded that we did not need a replacement back but only two nail heads. After the chair back arrived we reiterated that we did not want a chair back and asked if they wanted it returned. We have not received a response after more than two weeks.We have decided to canabalize the needed nail heads from the new chair back they provided and dispose of the chair back in our land fill.Six days ago we asked Amazon to get involved and received a quick reply that they were looking into it.Due to the manufacturers failure to respond correctly to our first request for nail heads a new, relatively expensive chair back will be wasted and getting rid of it is on us. What a waste caused by, we assume, the manufacturers inability to understand basic written english.

These chairs seem sturdy and they are very comfortable. Assembly was very easy. One caveat: on my computer screen they look like a fairly dark blue, roughly the color of new denim jeans. They are actually a medium blue with a touch of green -- sort of like a dark robin's-egg. Still a gorgeous color, and the fabric has an attractive weave. I love them.I hope they hold up. I'll post an update when I've had them a while.

I am very happy with my chairs. They are easily to build and they have a great quality and material. My delivery was done on time. The one thing was that one chair was without one bottom like I showed by photo.

Really elegant, nice fabric, but definitely not made for heavier than average people. Had it for a year and the back lack cracked and fell off...fortunately no one got hurt. Seller was very responsive to leg replacement request- would purchase from them again!
