I really like how this product improves immune function. With the concern of COVID, it has nice to have that extra support. I also like how it how improves circulatory function. Again, I'm all about putting the right things into your body to help you feel better. Finally, I really feel like my ears feel better. I haven't seem to have the periodic ringing I get in my ears.

There are a whole lot of snake-oil salesmen out there offering remedies for tinnitus, some of whom in their long-winded video pitches, don't even know the correct pronunciation of the word. Some ask exorbitant prices for concoctions that offer little or no relief, other than a placebo effect, perhaps, for a fortunate few. I am not one of those. I've suffered from tinnitus for years, from firearms in the military, and noisy work environments--mills, canneries and shipyards--in my earlier life. I followed the instructions on the label, gave Tinnisil a good try, and am sorry to report that it didn't work.

It did not work for me. Waste of money.

My wife has awful seasonal allergies and they plug up her ears which results in mild hearing loss and intermittent ringing in her ears. I stumbled on this while looking for an allergy medicine that may help her. Since adding these to her daily routine I have noticed a decrease in her looking at me dumbfounded and saying “huh?? I didn’t hear you” and general complaints about her ears. Will be buying again!!!

I've been taking his for a couple of weeks and haven't noticed much difference with my ears yet, but it does seem like it is starting to help with my inner ear issues. I didn't expect results super fast, so I think this is working as it is supposed to. I plan to continue with hopes of long term improvement. I think it is worth a try!

I used this product for 3 months trying to give it the full opportunity to work. I see no change in my tinnitus condition. Ears are still ringing and hissing just like I never used the product at all. I'm not saying it won't work for you but it did not work for me.

If this supplement / nutraceutical works, it does so by increasing your circulation and thinning your mucus.Guess what? That will help with some causes and cases of tinnitus.But there are some causes/cases that will not respond at all. That's why I recommend that you see an otolaryngologist if your ears are ringing enough for it to bother you. They are not supposed to do that. And finding the right solution depends on figuring out the cause. One thing you can do about the discomfort is to listen to different shades of noise for 30 minutes to an hour or shorter sessions multiple times a day.I did not take my own advice, but I was lucky. I got tinnitus as a side effect of my covid shot. It went away by itself within about three weeks. Then came back and went away again after the second shot. But I'm keeping the supplement, because ginko, b vitamins, and antioxidants are really good for people my age (58).

My husband has worked power tools for 30 years and it has taken a toll on his hearing. The ringing has gotten so bad we researched products and decided on this one. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have a scent. He has been taken them for a month and thinks they are helping. He will continue for a couple more to see if he notices a bigger difference.
